This week our Two Door Group clients Dave and Bert were featured in one of our favorite New York Times columns: The Hunt!

Which Apartment Did They Buy?

You may remember Dave and Bert, who we featured last year when we celebrated their condo closing. The NYT profile delves into how, after years of navigating rentals, they were able to successfully purchase their dream condo at an ideal price point in Chicago’s north side with Jen and Adele by their side

In their search, they wanted at least 2 bedrooms for some work from home space, a lower floor to make taking Sophie the pug outside easier, and an ideal location.

Follow along (free article link in bio) to find out – did they choose:
1. Two-Bedroom With Sunroom
2. Three-Bedroom With Vintage Charm
3. Renovated With Balcony and Yard

They were in contract less than 24 hours later, Ms. Vest said. “(The neighborhood) is a gem,” she added. “It’s known for its shops and restaurants, as well as its tight-knit, inclusive community.”

Bert and Dave, thank you so much for entrusting us to represent you in your HUNT! We love that your beautiful house, which you’ve made a true home, has had its day in the spotlight! Give sweet Sophie a squeeze from us!
