Jen Vest

Team co-founder Jen Vest springs out of bed each day, excited to explore Chicago, tour homes, analyze market trends and guide her clients to reach their real estate goals.

Originally from the Kansas City suburbs, Jen has city-hopped since her college days, living in Boston, London, New York and finally Chicago in 2013.  Before career switching into real estate, Jen spent a decade in marketing agencies in account management for global brands and entrepreneurial startups.  She’s proud to have launched Two Door Group aside Adele Lang in 2018, focusing on their customer service experience, innovative tech systems and their connection to the Chicago community.

Jen’s clients value her personal touch, hard work, and positive, realistic approach. When working with buyers, Jen offers an educational, no-rush search process and carries a strong track record successfully navigating multiple offer bids.  Representing sellers, Jen enjoys exercising her brand marketing background to strategically create buyer demand, helping homeowners achieve their strongest sales price.

Jen is a fierce advocate for the financial advantages of homeownership, and she enjoys the renovation and property preparation process. She owns her duplex coach house – “the Tiny House” – in Lincoln Square and a 4-unit rental building in Edgewater.

When not working, Jen loves dining out, traveling internationally, watching indie films, and planning really, really large multi-course dinner parties.
